THE DEREK RAMSEY ENCOUNTER Because of his recent frisbee accident, Derek prompted to consult one of our doctors in Philippine Orthopedic Institute particularly, Dr. Gomez. I guess this is not new since media has been covering this for weeks already. Well, all I can say is I wish all of our patients are as gentleman and as lovely as he is. When he got into the clinic, he approached me and said ‘Hello! I have an appointment with Dr. Vince. Is he in?’ I hanged for a few seconds but still at the back of my mind I told myself i should keep my composure. I then replied ‘Yes sir. Have a seat. I’ll just ask his nurse to attend to you’  But hello, I’m such a fan and I don’t want this chance to pass so I grabbed my camera and asked his doctor if we could have a picture with him after his consultation. Derek heard the inquiry and happily said ‘Oh of course no problem. It’s my pleasure pa nga’. I love him! I’m a fan girl na.
